Making your skills and talents visible through a self-assessment
In this section you are invited to show some of your skills and talents. You will be asked to judge yourself on several sets of questions. One set of questions is related to core work skills. Other sets of questions are linked to different occupations.
On each question you can judge yourself on a scale with five coloured tick-boxes. You select one of the five options ranging from red to green. A red box is when you have no experience or skills, and the green box should be used when you are very good. The other boxes should be used when you have some experience and skills between nothing and being an expert.
When you are finished you can make your skills and talents visible. You should be able to see your own profile immediately. You can also print your profile or you can have it in your CV as an attachment or as an integrated part.
In this way you should be able to show the profile to an employer if you look for a job, or to a guidance officer for further training and career development.
Welcome to the start-up!
